On July 14, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to legalize online gambling and casinos in the country. The new legislation legalizes gambling in casinos and online casinos, as well as bookmaking, lottery and other gambling businesses. Casinos are also allowed in five-star hotels in Kiev and other cities. Slot machines will be available in the halls of 3-5 star hotels.
