We would like to respond to the story aired by "Mtavari" TV about online casinos, where the gaming business regulator - Random Systems is talking about the possession of information about users' personal and bank accounts, and where the head of the gaming business administration, George Mamulaishvili, was interviewed.

In order to clarify the information, we would like to clarify that both within the existing legal requirements and within the framework of the solution used during technical integration, gaming business operators do not provide Random Systems with users' personal information. As for bank card data, commercial banks do not share this information with gaming business operators, as it is strictly controlled by the National Bank and large international financial institutions such as VISA and Mastercard.

We would like to add here that each member company of the association takes special responsibility for the protection of players' personal information and in this direction has implemented electronic security systems with the highest standards in accordance with the requirements of the Georgian legislation.
