The Georgian Gambling Association met with athletes today and explained that if the legislative restrictions are approved, the gaming business sector will have to withdraw from sponsoring sports. Gaming business spent 20-30 million GEL annually to promote sports. Athletes, including Olympic champions, call on the government not to block an important source of funding.
