Companies which hold in the Georgian Gambling Association have allocated 1.000.000 Gel to fight the virus

19 Mar, 2020

Due to the situation related to the distribution of Covid 19, the Georgian Gambling Business Association (which includes the following companies: Adjarabet, Europabet, Leaderbet, Crystalbet, Bethlehem and Krokobet) made a decision within the framework of corporate social responsibility and moved to full-time remote work. Also for prevention, all existing land casinos, bookmakers and slot clubs were shut down.

In addition, the companies involved in the Gambling Business Association made a joint decision and allocated a total of GEL 1,000,000 in financial resources in order to take all necessary measures against the Corona virus (Covid19) in Georgia even more effectively.

"We fully share social responsibility and move to remote work. We take into account all the recommendations issued by the relevant agency for the safety of people and temporarily closed: land casinos, bookmakers and slot clubs.

We believe that in such a time it is necessary to unite and help the state, which is why the financial resources of GEL 1,000,000 have been allocated, which will be used to take preventive measures against the virus.

It is important that this decision will be a motivation for other businesses, because we believe that with joint efforts - anything is possible. "

This amount will be used within the platform created at the initiative of the Prime Minister, in coordination with the Office of the Business Ombudsman and the Business, to meet the identified needs
